JOURNAL INFORMATION · PUBLISHING POLICIES
Revenue Sources
Transparent financial arrangements. Independent editorial decisions. Responsible scholarly publishing.
Financial Transparency and Editorial Independence
Jurnal Perspektif Hukum & Konstitusi seeks to ensure that its financial arrangements do not compromise editorial independence, peer review, or academic standards.
Potential Revenue Sources
Depending on actual arrangements, sources may include:
- institutional or publisher support;
- research or publication grants;
- author publication charges;
- donations;
- sponsorship or appropriate advertising revenue.
Transparency note: The journal should list only sources it actually receives.
Publication Charges
Where fees apply, their amounts, payment procedures, deadlines, and waiver conditions must be disclosed clearly.
Payment must not guarantee acceptance or influence reviewer recommendations.
Sponsorship and External Support
Sponsors and funders must not interfere with reviewer selection, editorial appointments, manuscript evaluation, publication decisions, or the content of scholarly articles.
Relevant support should be disclosed where appropriate.
Financial Conflicts of Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose financial relationships that could influence or appear to influence their judgment.
The journal will take reasonable steps to manage such conflicts.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions must be based on scholarly merit, legal accuracy, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance—not on revenue considerations.
Editorial Commitment
The journal is committed to transparent financial practices and independent scholarly evaluation.
