JOURNAL INFORMATION · EDITORIAL POLICY
Plagiarism Policy
Protecting originality, responsible attribution, and academic integrity throughout the scholarly publishing process.
Prohibition
Plagiarism, including unattributed copying of text, ideas, data, images, or other material, is unacceptable. This includes self-plagiarism or redundant publication when previously disseminated material is reused without appropriate disclosure.
Screening
The editorial team may use similarity-detection software or other appropriate methods to identify text overlap. Similarity scores are indicators for editorial assessment and are not, by themselves, proof of plagiarism.
Assessment and Action
Editors assess the nature, extent, attribution, and context of any overlap. Depending on the findings, the journal may request clarification or revision, reject the manuscript, notify an institution, or take post-publication action.
Author Responsibility
Authors must cite sources accurately, use quotation marks for verbatim text where required, and obtain permission for material when necessary. All borrowed ideas, wording, data, and figures must be properly acknowledged.
