Submission & Manuscript Preparation

Authors submitting to Jurnal Perspektif Hukum & Konstitusi must follow the journal’s current manuscript preparation, submission, authorship, and research ethics requirements.

01

Originality and Submission

Manuscripts must be original, must not have been published previously in substantially the same form, and must not be under consideration by another journal at the same time. Authors must disclose related publications, preprints, or overlapping submissions where relevant.

02

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must follow the journal’s current template and instructions regarding article structure, title, abstract, keywords, headings, tables, figures, citations, references, and length. Authors must obtain any required ethical approval and informed consent, protect participants’ privacy, and comply with applicable institutional and legal requirements. The methods section should state relevant approvals or explain when approval was not required.

05

Submission Documents

Authors must provide complete and accurate metadata, affiliations, contact details, funding information, acknowledgements, conflict-of-interest declarations, and other statements requested by the journal.

06

Corrections

Authors must promptly inform the editor if they discover a significant error in a submitted or published work and cooperate with the journal to correct the scholarly record.
