Citation and Referencing Policy
JKK applies the following citation and referencing requirements.

Citation Format
Official citation style
The journal uses Vancouver Style.
Citations must be numbered consecutively in the order in which they appear in the text.

Reference Accuracy
Full bibliographic integrity must be verified against PubMed/Medline databases.
Non-peer-reviewed sources and non-verifiable web logs are prohibited.

Digital Identifiers
Persistent DOIs or PubMed Central IDs (PMCID) must be supplied for every referenced publication where available.

Reference Software
Reference assembly via Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is required.
