Analisis Implementasi Program Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat: Studi Empiris pada Desa Randuboto Kecamatan Sidayu Kabupaten Gresik

The issue of waste is currently a global problem that becomes a serious challenge if not managed properly. To address the waste problem, Randuboto Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency, implements the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Processing Site (TPS3R) program to create a clean and healthy environment. The purpose of this study is to understand how smoothly the TPS3R program runs in Randuboto Village and the seriousness of the Village Government regarding the program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The research was conducted in Randuboto Village in October 2025 through observation, open interviews, and literature study. The research results show that the TPS3R waste management program in Randuboto Village has been implemented well and independently, with a high level of community participation in the program. In addition, the village's compost production has shown positive progress, although it is still in the content testing phase. The program's funding is partially sourced from community contributions, reflecting local self-reliance, and the Randuboto Village Government also plays an active role in supporting the program. This indicates a serious commitment and synergy between the community and the Village Government in addressing waste issues in the village.
